The Corinne Winters Mentorship Project is looking for the next generation of opera stars. Mentees will spend a year working with Corinne on becoming the most polished, prepared versions of themselves in order to level up their career.
What will mentees get out of it?
This program is completely free for mentees. Mentorship will be tailored to each mentee, but as a baseline all mentees will have a monthly Zoom chat with Corinne to discuss their repertoire, singing, presentation, and social media presence. Mentees will also get the opportunity to meet with Corinne twice in person, subject to scheduling. Mentees will also have the opportunity to appear on Corinne’s podcast.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for singers with star quality: those with natural musicality, unique vocal timbre, theatrical instincts, individual style, ability to connect with audiences, and above all a strong drive to learn.
Who is eligible?
We’re looking for opera singers of any voice type, nationality, or representation status who feel like they would benefit from Corinne’s mentorship.
Applicants must be aged 22 or over, and their is no upper age limit.
How do I apply?
Please send the following materials to mentor@altmanartists.com by July 1, 2026:
A video that best shows your skills as a singer and performer (private YouTube link preferred)
A 2 minute video on why you want to work with Corinne (private YouTube link preferred)
If you’re currently enrolled in a school, conservatory, or young artist programme, please send a letter of recommendation from your teacher or programme head
No CV or biography is required – we’re selecting mentees solely based on singing, artistry, and readiness for this type of mentorship.
When will I hear back?
Applications are due July 1, 2026 and we will be inviting shortlisted candidates for a live audition round in Paris, France in late September.
